Carbone, Lan Kwai Fong
Carbone is one of the most famous Italian restaurants in Hong Kong! From cool vibes and relaxed atmosphere to succulent dishes and former crazy brunches (#fiascobrunch), the restaurant will please everybody! I went there twice: on a dinner and another day for a special lunch menu that Carbone promotes twice a year
Start the lunch with a classic garlic bread. The famous spicy pasta with vodka sauce are a must-try at least once (but we order them almost every time!) and the meatballs were really tasty too.
You have other dishes which are also fabulous, including I imagine one dish with the cheese wheel as we can see on the photo above. The dessert that we took the first time during dinner was astonishing as well. If I remember well, it included vanilla icea cream and a banana flambée!
