Hello everybody! The weather has been super hot this month in Hong Kong, particularly for the past 9 days which were recorded as the hottest consecutive days of the year in the city since 1963. But, I will not showcase a light outfit for this month, you will have to wait June to see my latest summer purchases. Today, we travel into the past with this 80s Spring Style with a headband!

In May, I got focuses on #headbands. I bought one last year in Lai Chi Kok with my friends Elsa and Marie but never really used it. However, this year the trend is coming back with very bright and flashy colours and I wanted to extend my collection of hairstyle accessories. I bought this one in a little Korean shop (as I called it, not sure it is really from South Korean actually …) called ‘Brilliant’. 

This brand is a gold mine for casual, simple and very cheap clothes. The only downside is that you can’t try tops and jumpsuits on, only bottom articles (because they are afraid you could put makeup on the clothes a salesperson once told me …) You can wear it in multiple ways and you suddenly have a summer look that will stand-out. I chose to twist it in an ‘Easter-egg’ style, to add to the Eighty style.
