Blue dress, Ba&sh

Describe your style:

All about dresses! I don’t even know how many dresses I got since I live in Hong-Kong. You can find all colours, all lengths in my cupboard – but only dresses! It is my easiest way to stay feminine and comfy with the warm and humid weather. When I packed my clothes to move to Singapore, I realised I only got 2 pair of pants!

Your favourite fashion shop(s) and/or brand(s):

I am obsessed with Ba&sh dresses. I love their fabrics. When I enter into their shop, I know in advance that I m going to die for at least 4 or 5 dresses at first sight! I’m used to match my dresses with small bags, I got many colors. My favorites come from Furla, Maje or Claudie Pierlot. The only exception is my Sandro soft large bag from OnTheList. Many of my last purchases these past months came from OnTheList.

Your favourite outfit at the moment:

My perfect combo is a printed dress, a pair of Stan Smith sneakers, a small bag (or a tote bag if it’s a lazy day) and a pair of round Rayban. I can be dressed like this every single day of the year!

Your dream-outfit or fashion accessory?

I dream about a vintage timeless Chanel bag!! In my opinion, it is the most iconic bag. For a cocktail event to a casual jeans-T-shirt week-end outfit, that bag is a must-have!

Something you will never wear:

Something too short, too tight, « too much ». I think there is no need to wear 5-inch shoes and a tight short dress to be feminine, it’s even the contrary.

Your beauty secret:

Any bio product with roses fragrance. I like the Aqua Rosa from Sanoflore and the Absolute Rose body care from Valcena. You now understand I love roses, so… a tiny Rose tattoo on my back shoulder.

Your favourite restaurant in Hong Kong?

Man Mo dim sum not because the chef is one of my close friends but this Cantonese-French fusion concept is the mix of my favorite foods! A special mention for the sea-bass dim sum. It is the first restaurant stop when my family or friends come to visit Hong-Kong. I love Pondi for good Indian food pairing with nice wine! Otherwise, the truffle gnocchi from Pinco & Pallino is one of my favorite dishes so far!

Your favourite destination in Asia and your best souvenir there:

Mainstream answer but I´d say Thailand. I had the chance to stay in confidential places. One of my best memories is a sunset at a deserted beach between Krabi and Phuket. I also loved driving a scooter around the Angkor temples in Cambodia, I felt like an explorer! Now my absolute goal is Bali when borders will be re-opened!

Your favourite place in Hong Kong?

The little streets of Soho/PoHo/Noho. I have moved from Wanchai to the quiet part of SoHo 2 years ago, it definitely helps me to call Hong-Kong « home »! I love to relax at outdoor places after a tresor-hunt looking for Asian antique bibelots. I wish I could buy all of these bowls and ginger jars! It’s like a village in the middle of the dynamic city center with birds singing, street arts, greenery and walk-up buildings. During the week-end, I love going to Cheung Sha Lower beach in Lantau with my friends, definitely my best memories with them!
